CLIENT AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) BETWEEN: (the “Client”) AND
Kristin Bjorge/The Self Styled LLC (the “Contractor”).
BACKGROUND:
A. The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
B. The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and Contractor agree as follows:
1. The Self Styled LLC will review, evaluate, and make recommendations to the Client prior to and for the duration of the consultation. The Contractor provides Consulting and/or Coaching services, both which are considered a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between parties in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and/or professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Services may consist of a singular or combination of elements in-person and/or virtual, such as: Free Clarity Call, Style Synthesis, Virtual Style Coaching, Virtual Closet Curation, Virtual Fit & Pair, Virtual 1:1 Shopping, Virtual Hue Harmonize, Virtual Monthly Session Subscription, Virtual Quarterly Session Subscription, Virtual SOS Mini Sessions, In-Person Hue Harmonize Solo (Pop-Up or Client), Hue Harmonize Party, In-Person Closet Curation, In-Person Fit & Pair, In-Person 1:1 Shopping, Photoshoot Support, Special Event Support, Travel Prep Support, etc.
2. The Self Styled LLC and the Client will agree in advance upon services to be delivered at scheduled appointment, following an introductory phone or Zoom consultation. Direct online bookings and purchases will be confirmed promptly after client initiation.
3. Should additional time/sessions than booked be required to properly complete any service, an amendment between The Self Styled LLC and Client will be made. This may occur via verbal agreement during an in-person or post-session to be scheduled accordingly.
4. The rate for all services is agreed upon in advance and payment is due in full at time of booking. Additional hours required while onsite will be agreed upon verbally by both parties and due immediately at time of services rendered via cash or online payment app.
5. Services are billed at the full hourly/package/subscription rate, no incremental prorations granted for partial sessions due to Client limitations.
6. No-Shows for both virtual and in-person services are not refundable or applicable for rescheduling and will be considered as completed/deducted from package count.
7. All online purchases are final and expire within one year of purchase, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. No refunds will be granted for unscheduled services.
8. Client request to cancel or modify a session must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance and confirmed by The Self Styled LLC, or may incur a fee of 100% of scheduled service.
9. The Self Styled LLC delivers customized experiences per individual needs and cannot be held responsible for slight differences in services rendered from client to client.
10. The Self Styled LLC goal is to deliver quality consulting services to our clients. Client acquisition of physical objects as a result of consulting services (ie. Style Synthesis, 1:1 Shopping, Virtual 1:1 Shopping) cannot be guaranteed and outcomes are subject to variables. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
11. The Contractor acknowledges that the Client is placing the Contractor in a position of trust and confidence. The Contractor will respect and protect Client privacy and will not disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s verbal and/or written consent. A social media release will be provided if the Client is in agreement for cross-promotion, marketing, exposure, and/or brand affiliation purposes.
